SpringShire, the newest continuing care retirement community coming to Greenville, will hold an open house at its information center on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. SpringShire’s open house is a way to leisurely explore options for retirement living that suit active lifestyles.

At the open house, guests will have the opportunity to view the SpringShire virtual tour, which showcases living options — from estate homes and villas to a variety of apartment-style homes — and get more information about the community.

As a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC), SpringShire residents will enjoy all the benefits of independent living. In addition, SpringShire will feature a variety of services and amenities such as dining venues, a fitness center and indoor pool, movie theater, card rooms, as well as nature trails. If and when the need arises, SpringShire residents will have access to quality healthcare within the community including assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.

Those who would like to attend the open house, should call SpringShire at 565-7377.

The address for the SpringShire Information Center is 3404 N.C. 43 North, Greenville.

A CCRC is a community that offers a continuum of living and care options for older adults. The community is being developed by Retirement Living Associates, Inc., a firm that also manages a number of other senior living communities in the Southeast including Springmoor Life Care Community in Raleigh. For more information about SpringShire, visit www.springshire.org, call 565-7377 or stop by the Information Center on Highway 43 in Greenville.
