A series of vehicle break-ins took place Sunday night in the Quail Ridge neighborhood, according to reports released by the Greenville Police Department. 

Department spokeswoman Kristen Hunter confirmed that a Ford passenger car, a Honda Accord, a Chevy Silverado and a Hyundai Sonata were all entered Sunday night.

A silver iPod with a black case valued at $200 was reported stolen from one of the cars. No items were reported stolen from the other three cars.

Reports indicated that two of the cars were parked on the 2000 block of Quail Ridge Road and a fourth was in the 1900 block. A report was not available for the fourth incident.

One of the vehicles sustained $200 damage, according to the reports. The vehicle that contained the iPod was entered without force.

It is unclear whether the incidents are connected. Investigations remain ongoing.

■ 2400 block South Memorial Drive, noon Sept. 19: purse of unlisted value reported stolen by woman at convenience store; case inactive.

■ 2400 S. Memorial Drive, 11-11:05 a.m. Oct. 6: two bottles of alcohol of unlisted value reported stolen from NY Grocery; case inactive.

■ 100 block Pinewood Road, noon Oct. 1-11 a.m. Oct. 6: home entered without force through side door; Sams Club powerwasher with wand and Subaru engine valued at $250; investigation ongoing.

■ 4515 E. 10th St., 10:07 a.m. Oct. 6: miscellaneous tools valued at $315.72 stolen from Aldi and recovered; investigation ongoing.

■ 2700 block Mulberry Lane, noon-4:50 p.m. Oct. 5: break-in reported at residence; no items listed as stolen; case closed.

■ 900 block Southwest Greenville Boulevard, 5 a.m. Oct. 2-5 p.m. Oct. 5: 2018 white Nissan Altima valued at $25,340 reported stolen; case inactive/warrants obtained.

■ 4600 E. 10th St., 6 p.m. Oct. 5: clothing and household items valued at $136.69 stolen from Walmart and recovered; case closed/cleared by citation.

■ 715 S. Memorial Drive, 6:30-6:35 p.m. Oct. 4: 27-year-old woman reported a silver LG Aristo phone in a pink case valued at $110 stolen by known person at Speedway; case inactive.
